I have received your despatch N. 68 of the 13th ultimo, & laid before my Lords Commissioners for confirmation entitled "An Ordinance for amending Ordinance No. ... of 1861.
Their Lordships have been pleased to convey to you His Excellency's gracious confirmation and allowance of the Ordinance (after being given to understand that this addition can do no harm) & my previous minutes & consequent correspondence thereafter.
